Rune crossbow


Didn't want to risk my stuff killing the crazy archaeologist in the wilderness for this, so I killed the deranged archaeologist at fossil island for runite limbs instead. After 20 kills, I got the limbs, and then fletched a yew stock so that I could make my own rune crossbow!

Woot, one of the most important items is now obtained! I was afraid that the 1/512 drop rate would fuck me over by being just rare enough to cause a long drystreak, but not only did I get the mask drop, I also got multiple loop halves which were 3 times rarer from cave horrors than the mask! In total, I only had to kill 140 cave horrors, so I'm very happy! :)
