Help with Str training?

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could help.

my stats are as follows;

82 HP
71 Att
89 Str
70 ref
46 pray
71 range
50 mage
74 slayer

I currently use Abyssal dagger with D def, Veracs helm, d plate body, d platelets, fury, warrior ring & combat bracelet. I am debating selling my dagger and plate body to buy a Bandos chest plate. I have a Sara sword in my bank which I was happy training with. My question is, should I make the change to BCP & Sara sword? I have been training str through NMZ & slayer mainly.
