1.01 - Introduction

Hello, welcome to my Goals and Achievements thread I am Sale (previously known as Strictz).
I made this thread to record my progress on Runescape, however I do encourage posts from everyone whether they be to support me or to ask a question; I will always reply to every post and help out where I can.
This is the tenth chapter in my personal achievement diary, and it is to achieve 99 Agility; I have completed nine previous chapters:

1.03 - The Method

Agility is a skill that requires 100% concentration, especially to get maximum experience gain so this goal will be a lot different from my previous Fishing goal so I will require a lot of breaks to get through it.
I have selected to get 99 Agility for my 10th cape because first of all it is a very prestigious cape in my opinion; it is very advantageous for both general Runescape gameplay and in questing; and also once I get level 90 I can obtain agile which is extremely useful.
I will continue to train at ape atol (from level 75) to level 80; at which I will change to the advanced gnome course (using summer pies) where I will train to level 85 then I will stay at the barbarian advanced course until level 99. I have the surefooted aura to assist me whilst training and I will use the skoll boots at level 93 (the level you stop failing the advanced barbarian) for maximum experience bonus because the higher your Agility level the longer the boots last.
During this goal I plan to continue torstol farming and flipping to keep increasing my bank wealth. I will also work on a few other skills to give me a break from Agility; a side goal of mine is to get all non-combat skills to 80 and all my 99's to 15,000,000 experience.

1.05 - Account Details

I created Strictz nearer the beginning of 2009 and it was not my first account; in the past I have had many Runescape accounts and have been playing Runescape on and off since 2005. At the moment I have a low combat level and a fairly high total level however my overall plan is to max out this account.
I changed the name to “Sale” on the 14th February 2012, and for now plan to keep this name.
I am part of the clan WFE, which is an events team I have been involved with since I started this account

My real name is Luke, I live in the United Kingdom and currently I am in my second year of University studying Biological Sciences. I am a well motivated, organised, active person and like you I do have a life out of Runescape. Other things I do include going to the gym; going out; studying; playing console games; watching television etc.
The time I spend on Runescape varies, but often I manage to spend around 2-3 hours playing on weekday and up to about 6 hours on the weekend. I will probably spend more time online during this goal as I can do other things whilst fishing.
I am very sociable and love to make friends, so don’t be afraid to chat to me; you can message me in game or get in touch on this thread.

If you have replied with a positive post I will consider that a support count, I really appreciate all the support I get it keeps me going at times when I feel like giving up.
In the past I have kept track of all the names that have supported me; this got difficult when name changes were introduced, instead I will just keep track of the amount of supporters I have had since my first goal (99 Hunter) and list a few names of really supportive people on this thread.
