UPDATE:
Just hit the 75,000,000 total exp mark. I am having to lower my original goal for the end of the year since I was recovering for over 2 months and still am recovering.
My new goal for the end of the year is to get 85,000,000 total exp.

At 800k a day like you said.
That's 5,903 days. and 16 years about.
Once you start having a good amount of cash, and start doing Slayer.... You can easily gain 3m experience on a good day!
Good luck with this goal, I hope you get it before Gert at least =P

Perhaps you could focus on a couple specific 99's a time?
Some fast ones to do would be cooking raw pies (from 95 cooking) using the bake spell for 500k+ cooking experience per hour, constructing mahogany tables (74+ construction) for ~800k experience per hour, or fletching adamant bolts for ~400k experience per hour, or even thieving menaphite thugs (65 thieving) for ~200k experience per hour.

I am working on a few skills atm which include:
Increasing wc (already have level 99)
Cooking (Currently at level 94)
Fishing (Currently at level 83)
Fletching (already have level 99)
Farming (Currently at level 29)
Mining (Currently at level 86)
Smithing (Currently at level 77)
Range is a passive skill when I get enough cannonballs I go wild and crazy and level like mad.
It really depends on how I'm feeling which determines which skill I work on. Some of the skills like mining & smithing I really enjoy but give little exp so I only work on them for short period of time, usually when I get burned out on fishing, wc, and fletching.
I am not a huge fan of farming as it takes forever for your plants to grow, so I really havean't done that much of it, though today I started again realizing that I it is profitable to grow your own food instead of buying it at the G.E.
With the exception of farming, in the new year (by the end of 2010) I hope to have the above skills at 99, and woodcutting and fletching to 100mil each at least.
