Your goal is all 200M skills.. but you gained 375m xp in the past 5 years. We've had 2 new skills in those 5 years, that's an additional +400m xp to all 200m's.

That applies for everyone in the game.
It wasn't really funny because new skills are always going to come out and things like that are bound to happen. Not everyone can do the best methods and get 600m+ exp in just a month.
Instead of being negative about him, why don't you set same goal as him and see how well you do. It's basically the hardest thing a person could do on RuneScape and I bet it wouldn't be funny then.
