Best of luck to you on all your goals! Congrats on 95 prayer as well. Seems you have caught up on your reading since being away as well :P .
If it matters much, to help on some of your skill leveling ideas, it might not be a bad idea to try and gather 30k experience in Runecrafting each day from an Effigy assist chat soon as you get 91. At 91 its a bit of a pain, but the 30k a day while training other skills really adds up.
Good luck once more and I'll check back and see how things are going from time to time ^_^ .

I will definitely work on getting 91 Runecrafting at the very least and perhaps assist and do minor levelling on my way to 99 RC. This skill is perhaps my biggest challenge seeing that it will take time to reach the top.
