Hover text cannot pop-up

In my case, I'm writing about the citadel resource statistics, which display how much is needed for maintenance, how much has been collected, what the goals are, etc., when you hover over them in the PC client.

In the mobile client, there is no mouse, so you cannot hover, so the hover text cannot pop-up. In the case of the citadel, there is no other interface that presents that information all together. For some info, there is no other interface that displays it at all (e.g., how much total is required for maintenance).

I'm sure there are other places in the game where hover text also does not appear.
