I bought a phone just to get on mobile but the app crashes as soon as I log in. I can't get my rewards or anything. It won't even load treasure Hunter. Which even though I log in daily I haven't received keys in days. I remember why I quit playing. 10.99 for jan*y gameplay. It kills me that such a successful long running game has turned into such garbage. I want my rewards for downloading mobile and my 6 keys I haven't gotten. At this point I think they owe me a couple bonds for buying a phone for an app that I can't see ever working Cornwallis

I Strongly disagree with you, the app is fine and it works nicely if your phone can handle it, your phone clearly doesn't have right specs or maybe doesn't have enough resources to run properly.(taken by other apps).

So I bought a 2019 Samsung Tablet A 10.1, just for RS3 Mobile, and mobile works on my very very very outdated phone, but on my new tablet that runs Android 9.0 that's capable of running about anything, the Google Play store states "Your device is not compatible". How is RS going to release this app that's not even compatible with all Android devices that meet the required criteria? I've been a member for a year now but others signed up for Member just for the "early access" of the official RS3 Mobile app just to find out the app isn't compatible even though their device, THOUGH IT SHOULD BE. We've received no detail on what devices ARE and are NOT compatible, other than "if you have Android 7.0 or higher you'll be fine", which come to find out is a total lie**** needs to get this in order, you have people wasting money on the idea that RS3 Mobile is accessible for all those who have Android 7.0 and up, and that is completely misleading. Wasting peoples hard earned money and time.

I dono I think they did a fine job to keep it working right. I've tried to play this on my Sony Xperia x, which is old, and it has trouble even on the lowest settings. The Samsung tab s4 I have has slight trouble with it also on Max settings. The tab s 6 can run it fine on Max settings, but it still isn't smooth. The only phone I've had so far that can run this smooth is the razer phone 2, and that's because you can turn the resolution down. So even a top end tablet can't run this at 2k resolution Max settings.

I am gonna say they stopped old phones because they found people with the older stuff just logged in got the free stuff and left. My guess is when it releases and is free, they will open it up. It's early access after all, not a release.
