I believe with the new update, the screen for RS3 is too big for my phone at least. I have a iPhone 12 and I can*t access most of the chat options now and several other features. Not sure if this was intentional or what. I have no messed with any of my in game settings so it is not anything I did. Went to bed fine, phone updated the app, now it’s borderline unplayable on mobile for me. I’m also a mobile player. 2005-2011, 2015-2016, 2021-… No one really quits RS, they just take a break.

Same here. I have a iphone 14 and it started this morning. Thought maybe I changed something but im pretty sure I did**. I tried reloging, reinstalling, and looking through the settings. Rip reaper task

Same here! On Iphone xs. And I now have to double tap most of the icons, instead of single, which also bothers me. Couldn’t find anything in settings to change that either

Same here on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Currently, mobile is my only option to play, so this is a little annoying.

EDIT: It's working properly now since I have restarted my phone.
