Getting NO response from Jagex at all...not on forum, mobile app or Twitter.
Been since May 27th when I purchased mems via the Beta Mobile app.
I get that they are busy, but my patience is tested when there is no response from (3) places trying to get them to just confirm my report is even pending. I work in Customer Service and hold high standards for others in the same field. Even a "programmed" response indicating it has been received and is pending is better than this black hole of not knowing. I spent money and haven't received what I paid for...I don't take that lightly.
