Where is my founders pack?

After downloading the app and logging in and choosing the package with the steel panther I noticed that loading was slow. When the app did load I went to look at my new panther and it was not there nor were any of the other items included in the package.

So my question is when do I receive this package? Founding leader of the Guardians of Honor clan established January 2, 2002

You should have received it instantly.

Double check the following steps to see if you successfully claimed it:

1). Click the home icon button located in the top left of your screen by the chat.
2). Click the shopping cart icon button on the following display.
3). You should see the Mobile Founders tab in the top left of the display. Click it and select claim.

Not sure what the issue is but the app keeps freezing up and/ or crashing to the point I have to completely restart my smart phone to exit the app. And I still am unable to claim my founders package. Founding leader of the Guardians of Honor clan established January 2, 2002

Well I did finally get my founders pack, however it took several restarts on my smart phone and I can't log out of the app. As I sit here typing this post I am logged in on the app and in lobby, and at the same time I am currently in game on my desk top in server 115.

I noticed while on the app I was unable to do any game play due to loading issues, game freezing, and app crashes. Founding leader of the Guardians of Honor clan established January 2, 2002
