It's crazy to me how these PAID EMPLOYEES neglect our requests for help so blatantly.
Nothing to tell us, everything stays hush hush as we suffer to play a game that is for some an escape, and for some leisure... Paid or not we deserve to be heard and respected.
Testing mobile beta
At first it appearedto work as well as old school mobile.
Then I used the archaology book teleport. Game crashed.
It seems thelocation of the archaeology tutorial (at the book teleport site) crashes. The beta.

I attempted custom graphics, turning everything to lowest demand possible. No effect.
Data for the developers.
I expect the soon to be released mobile verion might have some of this fixed.
It was doing fine in the El Karid archaology site.
I was going to the tutorial area to sift soil. (Only sifter I know of)
Just returning to member status after appx 2 years, I logged in F2P occasionally, with one gap of over 300 days during that time.
i have today fixed the login with username button going to cookie policy issue, by switching which default browser/ internet thingy my phone uses...i switched it from samsung internet to chrome. yey i can now login to mobile, and thank you jagex techy people for doing absolutely nothing to help.
I've never been able to login to the game in the beta. I can only get to the lobby. Attempting to login to the game closes the app out completely. I've sent dozens of feedback notices regarding this, all of which have been ignored.
I just had the same thing happen to me - tried to log in to the app and it said "Needs to update, tap here to go to store page" but when I went to the store page it said the app was no longer compatible with my device. I have a Phoenix 4 Android phone, not exactly top of the line but not exactly an obsolete dinosaur either.
I'm hoping they're just discontinuing the beta app in anticipation of releasing the full RS Mobile app soon. Sucks that they pulled the trigger this early but yea.
i had the need to update msg too, but after clicking on the link to go to play store to update, there wasn't an update option for the 1st 5 or so times of trying, then it was there, suddenly!
And @ dargonhuman, yea there is a min req of ram you need now, i just make it.

Would it happen to send you to something like a webpage at account.jagex.***, which says "access denied" and then an error pops up on the RS mobile app saying something about "no response from server"? Because that's what it does to me. I can't get past the button to login with username/email. Just get access denied and an error message.
