This isn't necessarily to do with keepsake keys purchased while using mobile, but rather keepsake keys I already own. There is a keepsake key amount indicator in the character customization interface, so you can see how many you have, but I've found no way to redeem them ingame on mobile. I have 8 keepsake keys indicated in my interface of which i purchased before runescape mobile, but have yet to be able to redeem them ingame.
