Mobile is black upon login

Around 10% of the time when I log into Mobile, the world is dark but all my icons and interface buttons are normal. Logging out and back in doesn't fix it. Usually have to close whole app and restart. Samsung S9+. Anyone have same issue and a fix? Have a sceenshot of it but can't figure out how to upload a picture....
