disappearing claws

A few hours ago I logged out with my gear to kill thermy. After reloading back in my claws have dissapeared. I primarily play mobile. Nothing else is missing from my inventory I also have a rapier if I had been hacked they would have taken that as well. I can not drop expensive items without confirmation that I want to drop the item. I am very worried about playing now if this is a glitch. If a mod could look into this I would be greatly appreciative. I know that I probably won't get my claws back regardless I would still like to know what happened to them.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your dragon claws. Unfortunately Jagex is unable to return items in Old School RuneScape due to technical limitations with the game, sorry.

Items do not disappear randomly. Did you lose other items such as gear pieces? Does anyone have access to your account say a good friend you may have given them your password a while back? Someone that has access to use your phone and login into OSRS?

You mentioned being a mobile player; make sure to change your account password and, if you haven’t already, enable 2FA just in case someone has somehow gained access to your account. Run a virus scan on your PC and secure your email as well.
