I'm about to go on a new phone plan for the motorola one 5g ace and I noticed while gravedigging on the forums that rs mobile was having an issue installing on this particular phone. Does RuneScape support motorola phones at all? I might be wasting money on this.

As long as your mobile device meets the requirements found here: RS3 and/or here: OSRS you are able to play the game on your device. Ooh, shiny things!
