I bought keys and they didn't show up Ingame but when I try to rebuy them Google store claims I own this item already when I bought the 10$ set of keys was no problem and usually no problem till now.

Anyone have this issue b4

I'm sorry about the late reply, but I was just wondering if this has already been resolved?

Items purchased through Google can take up to 24 hours to land on the account.
If it has not yet arrived on your account, it's possible you've purchased the items on the wrong account. In which case, you should identify which account got it and then request a refund. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
