Bump. I am having problems with this on RS3 and OSRS. Its specifically runescape but iI get these same message other users are experiencing and unable to log on. This has been going on for awhile now. Also on Galaxy Note9.

Same issue, cant login with email/username or Google account while connected to wifi of any sorts but it connecting via mobile lte
I've even tried reinstalling the app

If anyone hs any solution please share Rainbow ari
