Dear all,
today I tried again to download the mobile app for Android, after having updated of the OS on my tablet.
But I still receive the message "your device is not compatible with this version of the app".
The Android version on my tablet is 11.
Anybody knows what is the problem?

it is tablet so not yet compatible and since it is samsung it would keep crashing every so often

i am using the SM-T510 and for some reason, its not compatible.
Please add support for this device. it meets the specs per your website. im running Android 10. it has the required 2GB RAM.
