After going through the helping with the Beta period and setting my accts. up for the launch, according to the specs needed to play mobile being Android 8.0. My phone is Android 8.1.0 is now no longer compatible Thus, I can't play when the launch happens and will miss out on all of the pre-register goodies.

So now what?

Seeing an
awful lot
of posts such as this on forums and Twitter...curious just how MANY customers this has happened to.
Everyone was built up to believe they would be able to play mobile...then just prior/and immediately after release they change the specs.
What a slap in the face. But they sure did take credit for EXCEEDING THE GOALS for preregistration now, didn't they?
I have issues pending from May 27th that haven't received a single response even after multiple attempts using
forums, in game reporting, email and Twitter
.
Thankfully we don't hold our breath due to knowing we would be dead based on the level of customer service that is well-known as NONEXISTENT.
