Problem with Mobile Founders acct. Purchased mems May 27th. STILL not able to get Mobile Founders rewards. The "CLAIM" buttons are all greyed out. Each reward shows "UNAVAILABLE - PLEASE LOG OUT AND IN." Sent Report via app. Still no response/ & online every day

I log in on Mobile daily to see if resolved and it still isn't working. I am wondering what the timeframe is for any kind of support/resolve on this as I haven't received any kind of acknowledgement from the App report or from Twitter. I wanted to purchase additional mems before it runs out and other packages but am not going to until this current issue is resolved. How backlogged is customer support at this time?
Log in to members world...then click on the "house" icon in top left...then click on the shopping cart icon...see Mobile Founders tab along the top.

This started on May 27th...so it's been plenty of time and I check it every day. It keeps showing that I need to log out and back in...I've done that about 50+ times now
So you don't have the Founder's tab at all? Are you on mems?

Nope still dont have an option for it i have just overview and the event tabs and events is just yak track
would like to know y I dont have the options for the event at all
Store says early beta testers will automatically receive the rewards but i havent seen any of them that i know of and ive been a beta tester from the start so idk

No response from anyone at Jagex.
I just don't understand the lack of customer support on this Mobile app failure with all the hype about its full release coming out June 17th.
