I gave been playing Runescape for about a year and almost exclusively o the mobile app. I was very happy with it until about 2 weeks ago when the app started crashing with great frequency. If I try to use the loadstones, enter or exit a dungeon or mini game, or just rune through divination whisks, the game crashes. If I try to do any non combat skilling of any kind or pick up a drop, the game freezes then logs me out. Since February 8 my crash log show more than 70 app crashes. The part I find very strange is only 1 of my accounts (Smiley 973) is having serious issues and it is the one I have invested the most time in. I am worried the account itself is corrupted. I am frustrated. I have cleared the cache repeatedly, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple.times. I have reported the issue per game instructions. What is my next step?
