Newest update has made the game completely UNPLAYABLE. Someone please fix this or most of us can not play and ill take my time else where. This is ridiculous. Game client still crashes in elite dungeons, dungeoneering, when teleporting, or fighting anything. And now, the frame size on client is stretched and unplayable. Focus on mobile for those of us thst primarily play on it. PLEASE!!!!!!!

Same. After both the client & system updates today (Feb 8), the game has crashed upwards of 40 times for me so far in the couple hours I’ve tried playing (regardless of location or skill). Getting real sick of wasting my auras. (Galaxy S7)

Just wanted to chime in and say that I too have experienced this.
It just happened as I attempted to teleport to Daemonheim with the ring. Before the animation even begun playing the client instantly shut itself down.

Edit: I had this happen a couple of times already, a few days ago, but I can't remember what I was doing. I'll try to be more attentive from now on.

Edit 2: Oh my god, sorry, I can't read. I didn't see this was for the mobile client as I was brought here with a google search. My experiences have been with the desktop client, though reading the replies here, it might seem like it's a unanimous thing.

Oh hey guys i've found a temporary fix although i'm not sure if it'll work with all devices, currently using android 11 on samsung galaxy note10+ 5G. There are still some occasional crashes but not as frequent as before. I just deleted both the cache and data of the app though this would cause your graphics/audio settings to default back to it's reccommended settings.

My hypothesis is that the polygon count isn't yet compressed from the previous loaded data compared to the latest mobile update causing the app to crash and heat the phone on certain areas (like during raksha battles). It might just need to redownload the updated data for the current version.

Speaking of which, update to the newest update from the playstore before trying this out.

you are right. i went into the individual app settings on android and deleted the game data & it made the app redo the initial settings setup. UI is back to normal , still pixely for me though. i wish they offered a way for us to resize stuff ourselves and then submit our findings.
