Hit a bug to my knowledge, Trying to complete a quest, (Diamond in the rough) got to the part about the Diamond, went to pick it up and even on the first time trying to pick it up, it says "it has already been picked you" it is not in my inventory and I can't talk to Ozan for some reason. I don't know how to get by this part now because I have done all troubleshooting methods, I restarted the app, turned off and on my phone and even tried to uninstall and reinstall. I do have membership and I have done all prerequisites for the quest. Little help Jagex?
