Crashing on mobile

Hello,

I will make it short....

I load RS3 no issues, then once I start running around no issues, but if I open treasure keys or any other in game apps it closes the game down completely.

I've tried deleting the cache and reinstalling.

I use a Samsung a40 so I know it's not the phone.

I am having similar issue except everytime I log in I see my character for maybe 2 seconds then flashes black and sends me to my home screen. Also cleared cache uninstalled and re downloaded. I am using oneplus 8. This is the only app having issues. And it happened right after update.
