I suspect it's either the keyboard application being at fault, or your account was hijacked, resulting in adding a new authenticator but not changing the password.
Please try removing your authenticator and add it again. It can be removed by selecting you don't have access to the authenticator any more. Then, follow the link on your registered email.
Before you do this, please change email password and add 2FA to it. You should also make sure all of your devices are secure.
It would be worth logging in on the account through another device. See if it's just the mobile device bugging out.
