I have all the requirements for skills and have finished all the quests the overview says I needed to complete
I'm only playing on mobile right now and can't use a computer for the time.
I don't think I missed anything.
Is there maybe a mod that can look into my account and see if I missed something that the game isn't telling me about

You need 64 Mining skill to start the quest.

Please check your quest journal or alternatively use the Wiki. The Wiki can be access by typing through in-game chatbox
