Not sure if this work for all users or not but this worked for me. My problem is that the app will load the first time installed and work great. Though once the game is closed it would not load again unless you reinstalled.

So the work around is that you can open the app from Google play instead. Google play --> my apps and games--> press installed tab and scroll to the bottom and hit open. My apologies if I post this in the wrong spot. Hopefully it will work for some people.
