Unable to login secure issues

when i attempt to login with my characters username and password on my device

it brings me to the screen that pops up to type in my login information then when i hit enter
it starts to load and brings me to a screen that says:

The information you’re about to submit is not secure

and lets me hit "send anyway" or "go back"

when i click "send anyway" it says Google Chrome cant send this
when i hit go back it brings me back to the runescape mobile game
and says single login has failed. due to hitting back without loginging

I am having the exact same issue. Started a couple days ago and I can't fix it. I've literally tried everything. I'm on a Chromebook using the app
