I have been unable to log into website on phone or mobile game due to "incorrect login information" I have no issues logging in on my computer. I am a member and I have tried several times making sure everything is typed correctly etc. Samsung Note 9 and is updated and there is no lagging or anything to indicate connection issues. Just Incorrect login error on phone when exact same log in works fine on computer. Any way of fixing this?

I have the same problem. Also, when I click "Can't login?", it asks for my email adress/username. I type it in, and it doesn't recognize it.
Everything works fine on PC, as for you.
