fps drop very badly/max30fps?!

I have been playing rs3 on mobile for awhile on my samsung galaxy note9
specs: Exynos 9810 (10 nm) - 8GBRAM - android 10
and noticed that the maximum fps is 30 and the fps drops very badly after like 20 minutes of playing even on the lowest graphic setting i guess because the device gets very hot .
However in more graphic intensive games like ( pubg - fortnite - COD - mobile legends ) i can run 60 fps constantly without any drop frame for hours
Does anyone have the same problem?
