I've just installed the new version of RuneScape, and already started with a female character. I tried to change (in mobile version) the gender and I couldn't, because the option doesn't work. How to fix it?

What do you mean the option doesn't work? Did you go to the make over mage south east of Falador right on the outside corner?

No, friend. On beginning, I've already started as female. It doesn't appeared the option where the gamers choose appearance, gender etc

There's supposed to be an area in-game with an in-game optional mechanic where you can change your characters looks and gender etc. I just forget where this is. I don't remember if this is a Members feature or if Free players can use it too.
