Hello,
I have been trying to play rs on my cell phone, I have a samsung j6 plus, but I have a problem and it is that my game goes completely black when I open the game, I can not even see the login screen. I would like to know if I would have to do some configuration or if it is a compatibility problem, maybe, but the game is open because I even listen to the music on the log screen but it is completely black.

I am having this same issue on my Samsung Android tablet. I open the app and I can see that the screen is illuminated but all black and music plays but visuals never appear. I have also left the tablet running for over an hour with the app open and music playing and still nothing ever appears.

I having the same issue as well. Upon downloading and run the runescape mobile apps on Samsung S6+, it’s only shown me a black screen with music background. Anyone idea how to resolve this issue?
