That didn’t help for iOS beta, I can log in for a great 10 seconds before it crashes.
Nobody replies, comments or even cares it seems, weeks have gone by in which time no communication has been attempted.
My WiFi is fine as the android mobile works so why doesn’t the iOS beta?
I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it
I've done this and still am locked out since 2/26. Game loads for 2 seconds then crashes everytime. I have posted numerous places and emailed support so all I can do is patiently wait.

Funnily enough or I guess not in this case, the 26th of February is when I made my last complaint about not being able to play on my particular mobile device even though, that's really the only reason I've been a member for however many months now. I usually don't have time to play it on a PC since I'm always on the move and, a mobile device would really be the way to go. Besides, I don't even want to do anything intensive, the only thing I've been trying to do for all of this year and more is to smelt items and I get logged into the world for all of two seconds before it crashes and sends me back to my home screen.
For paying $11 a month, I would have hoped that they would have found something out by now seeing as how I can't bloody well use it.
I've done all of the things they've had to do to no Prevail. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Clear the cache several times, set the game to the lowest settings, Etc. I'm going to give it another month before I just say screw it and just mark it off as a bad job.

I am returned player and the reason why I started playing again was Runescape Mobile. That's an awesome upgrade. But now in Australia, this service has been down for over a week.

I tried 4 different internet and don't worked

I updated the client yesterday and since then Everytime I click the app it's error connecting to server and check your network. I tried clearing cache data rebooting phone reinstalled the app also manually selection of world on website. Nothing. Been posting for a day now no help. Please help.
The game will freeze when at the courtyard part of the King's Ransom quest. The moment when you call a witness. Please fix this asap. I need to finish the quest.
