Is there a way to increase the font on the mobile app? The text in my quest log is too small to read, and I can't find any way to make it larger.

Sadly no. They have chosen to ignore any request I've seen for increased or adjustable font sizes. The best work around which still stinks is to use a screen magnifier (in windows win and +, win and esc to close) for mobile things tend to get a bit trickier you'll have to look throw you're app store or phone settings for a screen magnifier
