Perks are blocking my chatbox!

Playtime (Approx): issue is ongoing for a few days
What is the issue?: the perk bubbles at the top of the screen is blocking the chat box so I can't even see majority of what I'm typing . Please move into the left side of the screen where there's nothing that it can block or somewhere more appropriate that's not infront of the chatbox.
Where is the issue?: everywhere it doesn't disappear.
