Ok I'm on mobile and can't find the auto retaliation button and my character just stands there please help

Tap and hold the sword icon in the bottom left corner and choose 'Toggle Combat HUD'. That will open the combat HUD inthe lower centre of your screen, HP on the top, adrenaline on the bottom. Simply tap the adrenaline bar to turn it on.
