When opening the Powers Interface on mobile, there does not appear to be any method to determine what an ability does. No tooltip, with hover or with a long hold, and no interface tool as on the desktop.

Could someone point me in the right direction to find this, please? I know I can check on the wiki or on my desktop to know what abilities do (though I do know most anyway), but I do wonder how new players would work it out!
