I just updated my mobile client (Galaxy S7 Edge), and it's running with the new bank interface, so the update seems to be rolled out now.

I just noticed a note at the bottom of the Patch Notes saying they've disabled the mobile client for some devices, but they are mainly running Android 5, so I doubt that is the cause of your issue.
