Mobile crashes opening bank

Hi all.

People on Twitter have also reported that the bank issue still exists. I have been comparing notes with one of them, and we have noticed some different version numbers.

I updated the client on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with Android verson 8.0.0, and and that fixed the bank issue. The version number I have is RuneScape_908_2_8_1.

Someone else also updated their app, but their version number is RuneScape_908_2_4_1, and they still have the issue. They tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still get that version, and still have the problem.

I have the Galaxy J7 Star Android version 8.0 Samsung experience version 9.0 (whatever that is). Mines RuneScape_908_2_4_1, it's telling me that's the latest version. And I do have the bank crash issue.

Seems like if the 3rd number in your version is an 8, you most likely don't have the crashing issue. But if it's a 4, you do. Curious to know why some have an 8, some have a 4, but both are considered the latest version.

Example: RuneScape_908_2_4_1, crashed people using bank. Yet RuneScape_908_2_8_1, did not, even though when both people check their phones, they both said they were the latest update.
