List of activities that are crashing the RS mobile app that never crashed the app BEFORE TODAY'S (8/19/19) UPDATE
-accessing my bank is instantly crashing the RS app.
-accessing some stores I.*. the fishing store on port sarim/ magic shop in varrock.
-Attempting to finish a daily challenge of 100 mahagony armour case in building mode at my work bench in my POH.
-Anything that brings up a secondary window that requires selection of separate items/ interfaces
- I can still use bank deposit boxes.
Guys please help. After the update today , the game has been rendered not worth playing . And this is coming from a 15 year on again off again player, I've supported jagex for years, but I will not be renewing my 3 month at a time membership this coming 26th if we can't find a resolution to these bugs. The game ran so smoothly before what ever system update y'all installed today. Very disappointed, upset, and frustrated.
Please get back to me to confirm you've received my complaint, and are taking steps to rectify the situation.
I pay for members so as to play the mobile beta ( I do not own a computer at the moment , Mobile is the only way I can play right now) so as to maybe provide invaluable feedback about anything going on that is wrong before full scale release of the app.....
