Hello

I can't acces to the game anymore. It seems to be the problem started yesterday.

The issue is that the game it's not loading from the start, and the only thing i can see is the runescape logo and the loading bar.

What is a freeze?

A freeze is when a program or application suddenly stops working as their processes can no longer run.
