I'm not able to receive calls properly when I am on the app. Someone in trouble could try and call me and I wouldn't be able to take the call because I'm playing runescape mobile. The most gorgeous and the prettiest

I think that's more your phone and less the app. I get calls all the time when I'm on mobile. You may need to look into your settings and permissions.
