Mobile keeps signing me out

I’ve searched forever and can not find the answer, however mobile just keeps signing me out whenever I log out. Even if I have “remember username” it even deletes it out and I have to keep re typing it. It used to have the play now button, but ever since the new update it just keeps logging me out on iPhone and on iPad Pro. Any solution?
