Dead dialogue options

During Dragon Slayer, after speaking with Ozia**, the chat menu with the quartermaster is dead. I can't select any of the dialogue options, no matter how many times I restart, zoom in, out, etc. Picture attached with the dead menu.

I got it. If you tap too many times on the next option it breaks the dialogue box. You have to go slow and make sure you don't click the bottom menu if there isn't a next arrow.
