S6 edge same issue been a beta tester since October and been playing rs over 15 years now also active subscribing membership .. wtf... don't get why all of the sudden now we're all incompatible
of posts such as this on forums and Twitter...curious just how MANY customers this has happened to.
Everyone was built up to believe they would be able to play mobile...then just prior/and immediately after release they change the specs.
What a slap in the face. But they sure did take credit for EXCEEDING THE GOALS for preregistration now, didn't they?
I have issues pending from May 27th that haven't received a single response even after multiple attempts using
forums, in game reporting, email and Twitter

Thankfully we don't hold our breath due to knowing we would be dead based on the level of customer service that is well-known as NONEXISTENT.
Was playing RS mobile and participate in all beta trials...
Unfortunately my phone (Redmi Note 4) cannot upgrade to android 8.0 + without rooting (and I don't like to root it)
So I'm locked out from RS mobile.
This is the way saying thanks Jagex to the players helped to development of mobile??
