Same thing Jagex please fix this asap I was playing on mobile daily since the runefest 2018 closed beta. Now I can't help pls.

Android 8.0.0

I have same problem with my Samsung J5 (2017). Game needs update, but Play store tells I have old information/phone and if I search app, it don't have RS3. Anywhere! It's just not there. Only available app is OldSchool RS.
Well, I can play with PC, but I can't take it with me. :(

At this point from what I gathered they aren't going to respond. In the known issues thread a mod posted :

* Subject to ongoing performance and compatibility improvements, at present, some devices will not be able to install or update to the latest version; apologies for any inconvenience. We're aiming to increase compatibility moving forward.

So if you don't have a computer I wouldn't dump money into a game that can lock you out when they please.

Don't hold your breath on a fix anytime soon.

I haven't been able to access it on my phone since the January 14th patch, game ran fine prior to that, but still as of today I can't play.

It's becoming obvious as time goes by that jagex has literally 0 clue what they are doing.
