Purchased the 450+umbra chest package in my phone. I got my keys but where's the chest? Couldn't find any help on support and I'm on mobile so here should be a good place to ask I hope!

I also had a mobile purchase bug however I purchased just the 200 key package and didn't receive my keys but i was charged anyways
