The level unlocks:

Smith [metal] 10% faster
When smithing [metal] you generate progress 10% faster.

Still do not work.

A main feature of the Mining & Smithing Rework was missing at launch and still isn't there.


When will this be fixed? Or rather, actually added?

I second this. The first time it just visually reactivates the old icon, then the second time fully replaces it.
