Hello,

Unfortunately for you, this book doesn't have a predefined location. Its location change every now and then and is different for every player. This mean, to efficiently find it, you would have to scour through every book case in the library until you find it. (I know, it's annoying, but it's the only "effective" way to get it.)

There are, however, certain fact that you can actually keep in mind to help your search of the said book :

1. There's no more than 2 books per room in the Arceuus Library. (This means if you have found 2 books you can grab in your current room, then you should switch room.)

2. Customers may ask for this book. (This isn't guarantee to happen, but should it happen, you can ask an NPC on the top floor named Biblia that will locate the book for you.)
